These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) apply to your use of soleune.com and to every purchase you make from Soleune, including subscriptions. Soleune is a brand of KOT Consulting LLC, a Wyoming company (we, us, our). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read section 6 carefully: it explains how subscriptions renew and how to cancel.

1. Who can buy

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • We ship only to addresses in the United States.
  • Our products are sold for your personal use. Resale without our written permission is not allowed, and we may cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale.
  • You agree to give accurate information when you order and to keep it up to date.

2. Health information and dietary supplement disclaimer

  • Balance is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Content on our site, in our emails and on our social channels is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your doctor.
  • Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition or are scheduled for surgery. Do not exceed the suggested use on the label. Keep out of reach of children.
  • The label on the product you receive is the reference for ingredients, allergens, suggested use and warnings. Read it before use.
  • Experiences vary from person to person. Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results.

3. Products, prices and availability

  • We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from the photos.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
  • We may change prices or offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Subscription price changes are handled as described in section 6.
  • If a product or price is listed by mistake, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, resale, an error in price or description, or a product that is out of stock. If you were charged, we refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed by our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • Orders ship from the United States within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Shipping is free on US orders over $50. Below that, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout.
  • Delivery times given by carriers are estimates. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@soleune.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it or refund you.

6. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

What you agree to. When you choose the Monthly ritual subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically every month at the subscription price shown on the product page and at checkout (currently $29.99 per month), until you cancel. Each renewal ships one jar of 60 gummies, about a 30-day supply. Your first charge happens when you place your order, and each renewal is charged on the same day of the following month.

How to pause, skip or cancel. You can pause, skip a delivery, change your delivery date or cancel online at any time, with no fees and no phone call. Click Manage subscription at the bottom of any page of our site, enter your email and the one-time code we send you, then choose the action you want. You can also email contact@soleune.com. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation stops all future charges. Orders already charged and shipped are not refunded, except under our 60-day guarantee.

Reminders and changes. After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation with the subscription terms and how to cancel. We will also send you any reminders required by law, including an annual reminder. If we ever change the subscription price or terms, we will email you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

Payment issues. If a renewal payment fails, we may try again and will let you know. If payment still fails, we may pause or cancel the subscription.

7. Our 60-day money-back guarantee

  • If Balance is not for you, email contact@soleune.com within 60 days of delivery of your order and we will refund it.
  • No need to send the product back, and there is no return shipping to pay.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method, generally within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm your request, depending on your bank.
  • To protect our customers, we may decline requests that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive, such as orders placed for resale.
  • Full details are in our Refund Policy. If it ever differs from this section, the terms most favorable to you apply.

8. Discounts and promotions

  • Discount codes, such as the welcome offer for joining our emails, are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • Each promotion may have its own conditions, which are shown with the offer.

9. Reviews and content you send us

  • We welcome honest reviews, positive or negative. We do not pay for reviews, do not reward positive ones and do not hide negative ones because they are negative.
  • Reviews must be truthful, reflect your own experience and must not contain health claims about curing or treating a disease, personal information of others, or offensive content. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
  • When you post a review or send us photos or comments, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display them in connection with Soleune, including on our site and in our marketing. We will not change their meaning.

10. Use of our site

  • All content on our site, including the Soleune name, logo, text, photos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • You agree not to misuse the site, for example by trying to access it without authorization, disrupting it, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.
  • Our site may link to sites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our site and its content are provided as they are and as available. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and reasonable costs caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our site, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Disputes and governing law

  • If you have a problem, please contact us first at contact@soleune.com. Most issues are solved quickly this way.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not take away protections given to you by the consumer laws of your state of residence.
  • You may bring a claim in small claims court where you live, if it qualifies.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published. For active subscriptions, we will email you about important changes before they take effect, and you can cancel before they apply.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of our site and your purchases.
