Cancellation policy

This policy explains how the Soleune Monthly ritual subscription works: what you get, when you are charged and how to pause, skip or cancel. You can manage your subscription at any time from Manage subscription.

1. The Monthly ritual

  • Each delivery contains one jar of Balance, 60 gummies, about a 30-day supply at two gummies a day.
  • Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
  • There is no minimum commitment and no sign-up fee.

2. Billing

  • Price: $29.99 per month, plus the shipping price shown at checkout. This price is shown on the product page and at checkout before you subscribe.
  • First charge: when you place your order.
  • Renewals: charged automatically on the same day each following month, to the payment method you used at checkout or the one you update in your account.
  • By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges until you cancel.

3. Shipping

Each renewal ships from the United States within 1 to 2 business days after it is charged, with a tracking link sent by email. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

4. Skip, pause or change

From Manage subscription, at any time and at no cost, you can:

  • skip your next delivery;
  • pause your subscription;
  • change your next delivery date;
  • update your shipping address or payment method.

To sign in, enter the email you used for your order and the one-time code we send you. No password needed.

5. How to cancel

  • Cancel online at any time from Manage subscription, in two clicks. No phone call, no fees, no questions required.
  • You can also email contact@soleune.com and we will cancel it for you.
  • To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Your cancellation stops all future charges and we confirm it by email.
  • Deliveries already charged and shipped are not refunded when you cancel, but each one is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee below.

6. 60-day money-back guarantee

Every subscription delivery is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If Balance is not for you, email us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund that delivery, with no need to send it back. If you are charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, the same applies. See our Refund Policy.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and try again over the following days. You can update your payment method from Manage subscription. If payment still fails, your subscription may be paused or cancelled, and no delivery ships until payment goes through.

8. Reminders and changes

  • After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation with these terms and how to cancel.
  • We send you any reminders required by law, including an annual reminder of your subscription.
  • If we change the subscription price or terms, we will email you before the change takes effect. You can cancel before it applies.
