Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

2. Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50. The 3-jar bundle always ships free.
  • Orders of $50 or less: a flat shipping rate, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
  • Subscription deliveries ship at the shipping price shown when you subscribed.
  • There are no hidden fees. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

3. Processing time

  • Orders are packed and shipped from the United States within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

4. Delivery time

  • Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
  • You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
  • Delivery dates given by carriers are estimates and can be affected by weather, peak seasons or carrier delays.

5. Subscriptions

Each subscription renewal is charged and shipped every month on your renewal date. You can change your next delivery date, skip a delivery, pause or cancel online at any time from Manage subscription at the bottom of any page.

6. Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. To change it, email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as the order has not shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will always do our best to help.

7. Lost, late or damaged packages

  • If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, email us.
  • If your package is lost, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@soleune.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. See our Refund Policy.
